Hereby Joint Stock Company «First Heartland Bank» (hereinafter – the Bank), formerly referred to as Joint Stock Company “Bank ExpoCredit” notifies on the change in the Bank’s name from January 08, 2018. Joint Stock Company «First Heartland Bank» is a legal successor of Joint Stock Company “Bank ExpoCredit” on all rights and commitments.

In connection with the Bank’s name change please take into consideration the following information:

• the Bank’s new name is: JSC «First Heartland Bank»; short name JSC «FНB». The legal address is: 45, Kazhymukan Str., Almaty;
• please bring the information on the change in the servicing Bank’s name to the attention of your partners under contracts and specify the need to use the Bank’s new name in invoicing, making payments in your favor;
• please, use the Bank’s new name in making payments from your accounts;
• the Bank’s legal address and banking details remain unchanged;
• it is necessary to specify the Bank’s new name in entering into new contracts, associated with performance of foreign economic activities;
• the Bank is not planning to enter into additional agreements to the banking service contracts, wherein, if conclusion of such additional agreements is provided for by the terms and conditions of the contracts, it is required to report your Account Manager on it;
• in addition, the information on the change in the Bank’s name will be provided to you by inclusion into the Bank Account Statement.

Bank`s SWIFT code (ABNAKZKX), and details of correspondent banks for foreign currency payments remain unchanged. Phone and fax numbers of employees remain unchanged as well.

The Bank will carry out all the work on making changes to the Bank's information systems in the near future. Access to the new Bank`s website can be obtained following the link fhb.kz. Before receiving a notification about changing the link to the Internet banking site, customers should use the current link - online.expocredit.kz.

Please, be also informed, that the change in the Bank’s name entails a change in e-mail addresses of the Bank’s staff members from @expocredit.kz to @fhb.kz. These changes relate to both individual e-mail addresses of the Bank`s staff members and general e-mail addresses of the following units: Currency Control Unit (с[email protected]), Markets ([email protected]). @fhb.kz e-mail addresses are available for receiving mail from January 11, 2018.

Please be attentive when filling out payment documents and writing e-mail addresses of the Bank’s employees.
